Mural Unveiling and Ribbon Cutting

The new mural in Kingsbury was unveiled Saturday, November 18, at the Kingsbury Volunteer Fire Station. Artists Andrew and Sarah Wilson depicted the act of giving with hands passing a mason jar of figs with fig tree greenery adorning the mural. There was a great crowd on hand to see the mural, listen to the artists talk about the process, munch on snacks and ice cream, and meet and mingle. You can see the mural from quite far away but you need to take the time to get up close and read the inscription below that talks about sharing, the goodness of the Earth, and ends with "In Kingsbury The People Make The Place."
