The collection and recycling station in Kingsbury is slated to reopen some time in the future, it's National Noodle Day and National Chess Day this week, the new Marshall's Tavern will be opening soon, Night In Old Luling is coming up October 12th, October is National Shelter Dog Month and National Seafood Month, the 8th Annual Fall Harvest Festival is coming up Saturday, November 9th, the Wings and Wheels Fall Fly-In is coming up November 9th also, and a great picture of some Kingsbury girls hanging out at the Hurt Brothers Garage in the early 1940s.
