National Night Out is coming up in downtown Kingsbury on October 5th, this week in American History in 1858 the first mail service using stagecoaches went on it's first run, it's National Responsible Dog Ownership Day and National Cream Filled Donut Day this week, there is a fish fry on the 2nd and 4th Friday each month, the vendors set up for the Kingsbury Market Days every Sunday in downtown, the Fall Kingsbury Independent Newspaper is coming out soon, and an amazing picture of kids in a horse and buggy getting a "fill up" at the Texaco station in 1945.
