I've been intensely training and following a proper diet for about two months now. The initial progress has been good. I can see some noticeable changes, but I'm not certain about the long-term as I've been going to the gym for less than three months. Consistency and determination, alongside proper nutrition, are key to seeing results and overcoming plateaus. It's a journey I'm eager to explore further!
